Job Description:

The Store Supervisor shall assume full responsibility of the branch. He shall also be responsible for the availability and display of merchandise, manage his people and drive sales.

Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

Management of Store Operations

Merchandise and Display

Sales and Customer Service

Security

Inventory Management

Qualifications:

Graduate of any bachelor's degree

Experienced gained from Retail, Dept. Store, Supermarket Industry

Passion for Caring and Winning Customers

Advocate of Values & Culture Building programs

With Long Term Plans and Career Development Goals

Willing to be assign either in Ace Hardware Express inside SM Department Store (Cebu)
