- Invoice and billing: Create and issue invoices, credit memos, and other billing documents.
- Record keeping: Maintain accurate and organized records of invoices, payments, and customer accounts.
- Payment processing: Record and process payments received from customers.
- Customer service: Serve as a point of contact for customers, answer billing-related questions, and assist with payment issues.
- Data verification: Review and verify the accuracy of billing data and reconcile accounts to resolve discrepancies.
- Reporting: Assist with monthly financial reporting and assist other departments as needed.
Essential skills and qualifications
- Attention to detail: Crucial for ensuring the accuracy of financial data and billing calculations.
- Communication skills: Both verbal and written communication are needed for interacting with customers and internal departments.
- Organizational skills: Manage a large volume of invoices, customer files, and payment information efficiently.
