Responsible for the overall administrative task finance and treasury concerns of the branch operation.

Treasury

  1. Receives daily cash remittances of all branch cashier and ensure accurate cash count at the end of each shift.

  2. Act as a revolving fund custodian.

  3. Responsible for the preparation of revolving fund vouchers with necessary supporting documents and make right accounting entries based on attachments.

  4. Prepares RFV summary for Ayannah transaction replenishment.

  5. Generates daily sales report per cashier for total cash collection for the day.

  6. Prepares credit card transactions summary and journal entry every 15th and 30th of the month forwarded to treasury department.

  7. Prepares "true and correct" Daily Cash Position Report and submit without delay with complete attachments, daily sales report and collection, cashier's remittance slip and cashier's clearance form.

  8. Maintain records and files of all documents, whether hard and/or electronic copies.

  9. Assist on gcash transaction like cash in, cash out, bills payment from members and customers when necessary.

  10. Distribute yearly incentives of customers/members and prepare monthly summary of released incentives for treasury and accounting.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Graduate of BS Accountancy, BS Accounting Management, Financial Management or business-related courses.
  • Good moral character
