  1. Accounting and Bookkeeping

  2. Record daily financial transactions (receipts, disbursements, invoices).

  3. Maintain and update accounting journals, ledgers, and other records.
  4. Ensure proper filing of vouchers, receipts, and supporting documents.

  5. Encode and reconcile bank statements and cash balances.

  6. Billing and Collections

  7. Prepare and issue client invoices accurately and on time.

  8. Monitor accounts receivable and coordinate with clients for collection schedules.

  9. Update the collection list and report aging of accounts.

  10. Disbursements and Payables

  11. Process payment requests, supplier invoices, and reimbursements.

  12. Prepare check vouchers and ensure proper approval prior to release.

  13. Monitor due dates of payables and ensure timely payment.

  14. Payroll Support

  15. Assist in timekeeping and preparation of payroll summaries.

  16. Maintain employee benefit and deduction records.

  17. Reporting and Documentation

  18. Assist in preparing monthly financial summaries and expense reports.

  19. Maintain accurate and organized financial files for audit and compliance.

  20. Support the preparation of BIR, SSS, PhilHealth, and Pag-IBIG requirements as needed.

  21. Other Duties

  22. Coordinate with the operations and admin teams for budget requests and trip liquidations.

  23. Perform other related tasks as may be assigned by management.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration
  • At least 1 year of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping (preferred but not required)
  • Knowledge of MS Excel, Google Sheets, or accounting software
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and trustworthy
  • Can work with minimal supervision and handle confidential information
