About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Team Leader to oversee daily HR operations and lead a small HR team. This role is ideal for a hands-on HR professional with strong leadership skills, solid knowledge of HR best practices, and the ability to partner with management to support business goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead, mentor, and support the HR team to ensure efficient HR service delivery
  • Oversee end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and offboarding
  • Ensure company policies, procedures, and HR practices comply with labor laws and regulations
  • Act as a point of escalation for employee relations concerns and disciplinary cases
  • Support performance management, employee engagement, and retention initiatives
  • Collaborate with management on workforce planning and organizational development
  • Prepare HR reports, metrics, and documentation for management review
  • Drive continuous improvement of HR processes and systems
Qualifications & Experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Minimum 3–5 years of HR experience, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or team lead role
  • Strong working knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices
  • Experience handling employee relations and HR operations
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and integrity
