We offer full commercial kitchen design and build services, providing seamless end-to-end solutions for Professional Chefs, Restaurants, and Food Business Owners. Our comprehensive services include professional kitchen design, custom kitchen equipment fabrication, cold storage and heavy-duty refrigeration equipment, professional food service equipment, HVAC, industrial exhaust and fresh air systems, gas line and fire suppression installations, as well as kitchen builds, fit-outs, and renovations.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Coordinate daily operations for service requests and arrange the transportation of the materials and or personnel to sites and from warehouse
  • Act as the primary point of contact for any logistic concerns
  • Manage Schedules and dispatch teams to service appointments and deliveries
  • Ensures that tasks are assigned, deadlines are met, coordination and communication flows smoothly within a team.
  • Prepare and send service reports and updates related to job responsibilities

COMPETENCIES AND SKILLS REQUIRED

  • Any related business/management course
  • Preferably has previous experience from a Logistics company or construction company
  • Minimum 2 years related work experience
  • Good communication, Strong computer skills & problem-solving skills
  • Proficiency in using Google Workspace apps such as Google Sheets, Google Docs, etc.
  • Detail oriented & able to adapt to change.
