About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Account Officer to join our dynamic team at ENVI-TRIANGLE SCRAP TRADING'. This full-time position is based in Brgy Sala, Cabuyao City, Laguna and will play a crucial role in our Sales and Account & Relationship Management operations.

What you'll be doing

  • Developing and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients to ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
  • Proactively identifying new business opportunities and acquiring new clients to expand the company's customer base
  • Managing and coordinating all aspects of the sales process, from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure
  • Providing excellent customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and addressing any concerns or issues
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure the effective delivery of products and services
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation related to all client interactions and transactions
  • Actively contributing to the development and implementation of sales strategies and initiatives

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's Degree in any field
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with clients
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel)
  • Demonstrated track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business growth
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment
  • Can work immediately
