About the role

This is a full-time Customer Service Coordinator role based in Cabuyao City, Laguna. As a Customer Service representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support and assistance to our clients, ensuring their inquiries and issues are promptly addressed. You will be a crucial point of contact, helping to build and maintain strong relationships with our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

  1. Responding to customer inquiries and complaints via phone and email in a professional and courteous manner
  2. Resolving customer issues efficiently and effectively, escalating complex cases to the appropriate team members when necessary
  3. Maintaining accurate records of customer interactions and documenting the steps taken to address their concerns
  4. Providing feedback to the management team on ways to improve the customer experience
  5. Assisting with other administrative tasks as required to support the overall operations of the business

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or client-facing role, preferably within the Administration & Office Support or Client & Sales Administration industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to listen actively and respond empathetically to customer needs
  3. Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality service
  4. Proficiency in using various software and systems to record and track customer interactions
  5. A commitment to providing a positive customer experience and contributing to the overall success of the team
