In this job you will:

The intern will contribute to Navitaire's LMS development and management by being proficient with the use of the  different Navitaire e-learning tools.

Following standards, the intern will be heavily involved in creating multiple e-learning courses across different functional areas working with many Subject Matter Experts (SME) in the organization.

  • Create and design courses for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with Navitaire e-learning team's standards
  • Develop interactive learning activities, exercises, and knowledge checks to enhance the module's effectiveness and improve information retention
  • Work closely with various subject matter experts to define content and scope
  • Facilitate walkthroughs and feedback sessions with stakeholders to confirm that the final output meets the desired objectives
  • Learn and be proficient with the different Navitaire e-learning tools
  • Help in conducting tests and performing system UATs

About the ideal candidate:

  • Preferably taking up multimedia, graphic design, or related to E-learning
  • Voluntary internship is welcome
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Can start by September 8
  • Must be able to complete 500 hours
