MCN Project Intern

About The Team:
We are seeking a highly motivated intern to join our MCN (Multi-Channel Network) team. The intern will support the team in managing creator/agency partnerships, optimizing live commerce initiatives, and executing day-to-day operational tasks. This role provides exposure to the fast-paced world of e-commerce, influencer marketing, and creator management, offering a hands-on experience in how platforms collaborate with MCNs and creators to drive business growth.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating with MCN agencies and creators for campaign execution and confirmation of support
• Help prepare reports, presentations, and recap documents for both internal and external stakeholders
• Monitor real-time campaign/ project performance and keep tracking of post campaign performance evaluation
• Provide administrative, logistical, and operational support to the MCN team (e.g., project progress tracking, meeting notes, database updates, scheduling, onsite assistance).
• Support to help in any other general ad-hoc duties

Qualifications
Minimum Qualification(s):

• Undergraduate student and currently enrolled in a university
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Workspace (Excel/Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, Docs)
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to multitask
• Interest in e-commerce, digital marketing, or the creator economy

Preferred Qualification(s):

• Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
• Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities
• Proactive to identify potential project blockers and propose solutions
• Open to real-time monitoring of KLS performance for high priority sessions
