Business Intelligence Manager

We're looking for a strategic and data-driven Business Intelligence (BI) Manager to lead our BI team and turn data into actionable insights that power smarter decisions. In this role, you'll build and manage the company's BI roadmap — from data architecture and analytics to dashboard development — ensuring leaders across the organization have the insights they need to drive growth and efficiency.

What You'll Do
o Lead and mentor a team of BI developers, analysts, and data engineers.
o Design, manage, and optimize the company's data warehouse and BI platforms.
o Develop impactful dashboards and self-service analytics tools using Power BI, Tableau, or like
o Partner with business leaders to define KPIs and deliver data insights that influence strategy.
o Ensure data quality, governance, and performance across all BI systems.
o Drive continuous improvement in BI processes, infrastructure, and analytics maturity.
Qualifications
Education:
• Bachelor's degree in data Analytics, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
Experience / Knowledge:
• 7+ years of experience in BI, data analytics, or data engineering, with 3+ years in a leadership role.
• Strong hands-on experience with data modeling, SQL, and modern BI stacks (Power BI, Tableau, Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.).
• Solid understanding of data governance, ETL/ELT, and cloud data architecture.
• Experience in managing end-to-end BI projects and leading high-performing teams.
• Familiar with ITIL-based service operations and change management.
• Strong vendor management, budgeting, and project leadership skills.
• Experience in automation or scripting (PowerShell, Python, Terraform).
