Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet customers warmly and assist them with orders and inquiries
  • Accurately process transactions using the POS (Point of Sale) system
  • Handle various payment methods: cash, GCash, credit/debit cards, etc.
  • Issue receipts, count change, and balance the cash register at end of shift
  • Assist in preparing simple orders or serving drinks (if required)
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cashier area and front counter
  • Coordinate with kitchen or barista staff for order fulfillment
  • Answer customer questions about the menu or products
  • Handle customer concerns or complaints professionally and promptly
  • Assist in upselling or promoting items (e.g., combo meals, new drinks, etc.)

Qualifications:

  • At least a High School Graduate (Senior High preferred)
  • Experience as a cashier or in customer service is a plus
  • Basic math and cash-handling skills
  • Familiarity with POS systems is an advantage (training can be provided)
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Trustworthy, polite, and detail-oriented
  • Willing to work on shifts, weekends, and holidays

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php Php560.00 per day
