We are looking for a Cashier to join our grocery team The Cashier will handle customer transactions efficiently, maintain accurate cash records, and provide friendly service to shoppers. You'll also help keep the checkout area organized and assist with basic store operations when needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process cash, card, and other payment transactions accurately.
  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a friendly attitude.
  • Keep the cashier area neat, clean, and well-organized.
  • Ensure price accuracy and operate POS (Point of Sale) systems efficiently.
  • Issue receipts, refunds, and change correctly.
  • Balance cash drawer before and after shifts.
  • Assist in bagging groceries and coordinate with other store staff.
  • Support daily store operations such as restocking or basic inventory tasks.
  • Follow company policies on cash handling and customer service.

Qualifications:

  • College level or Senior High School graduate.
  • With or without experience (experience in grocery or retail cashiering is an advantage).
  • Familiarity with POS systems is a plus.
  • Honest, trustworthy, and detail-oriented.
  • Good communication and customer service skills.
  • Can handle work pressure and multitask efficiently.
  • Willing to work on weekends and holidays.
