Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced VP of Business Development to join our team in the Philippines. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in renewable energy and a proven track record of driving business growth and partnerships in the industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic plans to expand the company's presence in the renewable energy sector
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, partnerships, and revenue streams
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, industry associations, and potential customers
  • Lead cross-functional teams to execute business development initiatives and achieve targets
  • Stay current on industry trends, regulations, and competitive landscape to inform business strategy
  • Prepare and present business proposals, financial models, and market analysis to senior management
Required Skills and Experience:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience in business development, sales, or strategic partnerships, with at least 3 years in the renewable energy industry
  • Demonstrated success in driving revenue growth and expanding market share
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to influence and negotiate effectively
  • Proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a passion for sustainability
