The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with senior management to develop financial strategies for the organization. You are comfortable handling large amounts of data, acting as a business partner, decision maker, and providing regular financial reporting.

Responsibilities

Handle the bookkeeping, monitoring, and control of financial transactions of the property

Provide accurate and reliable information to assist management and operations in evaluating the results of financial operations

Monitor the billing and collection of the property

Prepare and comply with the regulatory requirements with BIR, External Auditor and SEC

Prepares monthly bank reconciliation and disposes / resolves the reconciling items

Reviews and analyses yearend forecast and annual budget per property

Attends to additional concerns/requested financial reports by the BOT/Finance Committee

Qualifications

Candidate must be a Certified Public Accountant

Preferably at least 1-2 years of relevant experience in accounting/finance.

Preferably with experience in financial reporting and general accounting but new CPA passers are welcome

Excellent communication skills

Customer-oriented

Must be willing to work in Makati
