Position Overview

The Finance Manager/Finance Lead is responsible for overseeing the company's financial operations, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective budget management, cost control, and compliance with industry standards. This role supports strategic decision-making by providing financial insights critical to the food industry's operational efficiency and profitability.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.
  • Monitor food cost, labor cost, and operational expenses.
  • Ensure timely and accurate recording of financial transactions.
  • Manage daily cash flow requirements and fund allocation.
  • Ensure tax compliance, government filings, and regulatory adherence.
  • Work closely with operations, supply chain, and store managers.
  • Supervise finance staff and ensure timely deliverables.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Management, or related field.
  • Preferably CPA or with strong accounting background.
  • Minimum 3–5 years of experience in financial management; food/restaurant industry experience is an advantage.
  • Strong knowledge in financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and cost management.
  • Proficient in accounting systems (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP, Oracle, or similar).
  • Excellent analytical, leadership, and communication skills.
