
Key Account Specialist

The Key Account Specialist is responsible for managing key clients, building strong relationships, and driving sales growth. This role ensures accounts meet sales targets, client needs are addressed, and company programs are properly implemented.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage assigned national and retail accounts to achieve sales goals.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships.
- Develop and execute account strategies to maximize growth.
- Monitor account performance, track sales data, and prepare reports.
- Ensure proper merchandising, pricing, and program implementation.
- Oversee collections and ensure timely client payments.
- Coordinate with internal teams to resolve client concerns.
- Support product launches, events, and promotional activities.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field; candidates with a bachelor's degree in any field are also welcome to apply provided they have sales experience.
- At least 2 years of experience in retail sales, account management, or a similar role.
- Computer literate (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent negotiation, prospecting, and client relationship management skills.
- Strong analytical skills and ability to create data-driven reports.
- Skilled in sales planning, cost management, and performance monitoring.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with English proficiency.
- Can work effectively under pressure and adapt to challenging situations.
- Must be willing to work on field, Mondays to Saturdays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php40, Php45,000.00 per month
