We're hiring Join our team as a Mold Setter Technician and be part of a growing plastic injection molding manufacturer. If you have the skills to set up, install, and maintain molds for smooth production runs, we want to hear from you

What You'll Do:

  • Experience in setting up molds for injection molding factories,
  • No requirement for good parameter adjustment ability
  • Can set up molds and handle alarms
  • Assure that mold set up, changeovers, and housekeeping standards are met
  • Ensure new job start-ups run correctly, making any necessary adjustments
  • Work with production personnel to ensure molded parts meet requirements, make adjustments as necessary
  • Troubleshoot processing problems including normal adjustments and checks
  • Stop production to correct any quality issues
  • Review and inspect machines daily for maintenance issues
  • Follow all clean up and housekeeping procedures
  • Comply with all safety, quality and work rules and regulations
  • Other duties may be assigned as necessary

What We're Looking For:

  • At least 2 years of mold setting experience in plastic injection molding.
  • Technical/vocational training in manufacturing or mechanical technology preferred.
  • Strong mechanical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to read setup sheets and drawings.
  • Willingness to work flexible shifts.
