The Marketing Technology Specialist plays a pivotal role on our global MarTech team, helping power the Firm's marketing and business development efforts by bringing together people, processes, data, and technology. You'll lead the charge on sophisticated email campaigns and automation workflows using tools like Cvent and Marketo.

In this collaborative, impact-driven role, you'll streamline and elevate our marketing tech stack—building scalable solutions that boost the effectiveness of our M&BD initiatives.

Why This Role Is Unique

This is not your typical marketing role. As part of our centralized Marketing Technology function, you'll work with global stakeholders across Business Development, Marketing, and regional teams in over 45 offices worldwide.

You'll lead the creation and execution of global email campaigns, support marketing platforms (CRM, automation, analytics), and contribute to product enhancements and innovation across the Firm.

What You'll Do
  • Serve as a connector and trusted advisor, aligning global Marketing Technology with stakeholder needs and championing best practices across platforms such as Marketo, Cvent, and Eloqua.
  • Support day-to-day MarTech operations, including campaign setup and execution, data management, marketing automation, email marketing, and basic design/layout creation.
  • Identify opportunities to streamline processes, improve platform integration, and enhance overall efficiency while partnering on product development and vendor management.
  • Manage content creation tasks—such as video editing, email builds, QA/testing, and stakeholder reviews—to ensure high-quality, on-brand deliverables.
  • Adapt quickly to shifting priorities and urgent requests, balancing workloads while maintaining accuracy and responsiveness.
  • Drive adoption and user success through training, onboarding, change management, and continuous learning initiatives.
What You Bring
  • 3+ years' experience in email marketing
  • Strong experience managing and optimizing MarTech platforms and processes (e.g., campaigns, segmentation, data management, automation) and supporting multi-channel/email marketing and virtual events.
  • Solid understanding of CRM principles, data privacy regulations (GDPR, CCPA), and UX/UI fundamentals.
  • Skilled in communication, training, onboarding, and collaborating across all levels and teams.
  • Comfortable working in fast-paced, evolving environments with strong attention to detail, problem-solving, and a client-focused mindset.
  • Experience with project/product management, Agile methodologies, and change management initiatives.
  • Knowledge of HTML/CSS, JavaScript, SQL, and data visualization/storytelling is a plus.
  • Experience with events coordination
Work Schedule & Flexibility
  • Fixed night shift (9PM - 6AM Manila time)
  • Must be flexible to adjust hours when needed for business priorities or holiday coverage
  • Hybrid set-up: 3 days onsite in Makati, 2 days remote
