  1. Candidate must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Commerce, Economics, Finance/Accountancy/Banking or related field. Must possess strong systems skills; solid analytical, negotiating skills and knowledge of commercial credit and collection laws.

  2. At least 2 years of work experience in a similar role.

  3. Proficient in the use of basic applications like MS Word, Excel and Powerpoint, including email access.

Moderate keyboard skills at 40 WPM and 80% accuracy.

  1. Excellent customer experience and problem-solving skills.

  2. Effective English communication skills, both oral and written. Can speak the local dialect and/or Filipino.

  3. Action orientated. Should be able to follow up on feedback to ensure positive outcomes.

  4. Knowledge and skill of modern office practices, procedures, equipment and standard clerical techniques.

  5. Sufficient knowledge of modern management techniques and best practices. Leadership and human resources management skills.

  6. Efficient facilitation skills. Should be able to facilitate group discussions.

  7. Ability to meet department metrics, sales targets and production goals.
