Qualifications

  • Knowledgeable on Basic Accounting
  • COMPUTER LITERATE - Microsoft office ( word, excel, powerpoint, etc. ),basic navigation of windows 10.
  • detail oriented, flexible, and with sense of urgency.
  • Working experience in related accounting and inventory field is an advantage.
  • Willing to work on field if necessary.

Full Job Description

  • BIR Compliance
  • Responsible for the proper and timely maintenance of financial records, analysis, schedules and assists the Accounting Supervisor in the preparation of monthly financial statements and tax returns.
  • Accurately process client transactions, including cash handling, payroll
  • Maintain detailed records of clients, and other relevant information using appropriate systems or tools.
  • perform the duties and responsibilities that the job necessarily entails or assigned by the company from time to time.
  • Document preparation - Letter of Authority
