About the Role

Join the talented team at ABS FACADE INT. OPC as our Senior Façade Designer. In this full-time, office-based role, you will play a pivotal part in developing innovative and functional façade solutions that support our continued growth in the Design & Architecture industry.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Develop and design high-quality façade solutions for commercial and residential projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate client requirements into comprehensive façade designs
  • Ensure all design specifications comply with relevant building codes, regulations, and safety standards

  • Produce technical drawings, 3D models, and detailed design documentation using industry-leading software, including:

  • Shop drawings, system designs, and other documentation related to façade detailing

  • Fabrication drawings for specified parts of unitized panels

  • Stay updated on architectural trends, materials, and emerging technologies

  • Mentor and guide junior designers to support their professional development

What We're Looking For

  • 10+ years of experience in façade design

  • Strong, advanced technical skills in CAD, 3D modeling, and visualization tools (experience in at least one):

  • Inventor

  • Tekla
  • Rhino/GrasshoppeR
  • Revit

  • Advance Steel

  • Excellent understanding of construction methods, façade systems, and materials

  • Ability to interpret client briefs and translate them into effective, innovative design solutions
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Experience working with an Australian company is a big plus
  • Amenable to work in Pasig City Office
