About the role

Join the talented team at ABS FACADE INT. OPC' as our Senior Facade Designer. In this full-time position based in Pasig City Metro Manila, you will play a pivotal role in creating innovative and functional facade designs that drive the company's success in the Design & Architecture industry.

What you'll be doing

  1. Develop and design high-quality facade solutions for a range of commercial and residential projects
  2. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate client requirements into detailed facade designs
  3. Ensure design specifications meet all relevant building codes, regulations and safety standards
  4. Produce technical drawings, 3D models and other design documentation using industry-leading software
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest architectural trends, materials and technologies to continuously enhance the company's design capabilities
  6. Mentor and provide guidance to junior designers to support their professional development

What we're looking for

  1. 10+ years of experience in architectural drafting and facade design, ideally within the Architectural Drafting sub-industry
  2. Strong and advance technical skills in computer-aided design (CAD) software, 3D modelling and visualisation tools such as Inventor, Tekla, Rhino/Grasshopper, Revit, Advanced Steel
  3. Excellent understanding of building construction methods, materials and facade systems
  4. Ability to interpret client briefs, translate requirements into innovative design solutions and present them effectively
  5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work seamlessly with cross-functional teams
  6. Passion for staying up-to-date with the latest architectural trends and technologies
  7. Experience working with an Australian company is a big plus
  8. Amenable to work in Pasig and Iloilo Office.
