Job Overview

 We are seeking a talented and detail-oriented Facade Designer - Level 2 to join our growing design team. This role involves developing innovative, practical, and buildable facade solutions for a wide range of building types. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of facade systems, materials, and detailing, along with experience in delivering facade packages from concept to construction.

Your Responsibilities:

Develop facade design concepts in collaboration with senior designers and architects.

Prepare detailed 2D and 3D facade drawings, sketches, and construction documentation using AutoCAD, Revit, Rhino, or similar tools.

Assist in technical evaluations of materials, systems, and design options.

Coordinate facade interfaces with structural, architectural, and MEP teams.

Conduct performance analysis (thermal, structural, acoustic, etc.) in collaboration with consultants.

Support facade performance testing, mockups, and site inspections as needed.

Stay current with industry trends, materials, and innovations in facade technology.

Participate in design reviews and ensure compliance with project specifications and applicable building codes.

Manage deliverables and deadlines for facade design documentation under the direction of the Facade Lead or Project Manager.

What our Client is Looking For:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering/Architecture
• With more than 5 years of experience in façade design (Tender Drawings, PMU Drawings, Shop Drawings, Structural Calculations & Analysis, Cutting Lists and Fabrication Drawings)
• With Experience in aluminum and glass company

• Knowledge of facade systems including curtain walls, rainscreens, cladding, glazing, and structural supports.

• Understanding of structural behavior, thermal performance, waterproofing, and material properties.
