Junior Label Development & Regulatory Compliance Associate

Provide support to the Label Development & Regulatory Compliance team on (a) performing regulatory labeling research; (b) performing label and carton label customization for any operational requirements and reference generation or updating; (c) processing of Light-Standard-Dark (LSD) and HAPA output print; (d) performing procedural verification of label and shipping marks references implementation in the operations; and preparing and providing default and/or customized label artwork requisitions for any Sales, Brand Marketing and other department requisitions.

Duties:

1. Embodying strong research and analytical skills and having access to any available resource platforms, literatures and/or different forms of media, platform research of any regulatory labeling and export requirements.
2. Trained in using software for label editing and knowledgeable with mandatory labeling requirements and applicable established label references, perform (a) label customization (b) carton shipping marks customization ensuring compliance to any applicable regulatory, statutory and client requirements. Review and update existing references if necessary.
3. Knowledgeable with the supplier's proof processing procedure and having effective coordination and communication with the Junior Label Compliance Specialist (Label Development), Purchasing and Graphic Information Specialist, and reviewing the supplier's color proof and LSD, ensuring compliance to the approved label compre, updated label references, and/or management directives.
4. Supportive of operational objectives and motivated to have efficient operational processes, create and establish customized label layout references for all applicable base labels, ensuring availability in time for any processing of the Logistics Outbound Finished Goods and/or Production.
5. Having effective coordination and communication with Logistics Inbound Packaging Materials and knowledge of HAPA machine processing and operations, process HAPA label layouts and review HAPA output prints, ensuring compliance to approved label compre, updated label references, and/or management directives.
6. Possessing creativity in utilizing available resources, prepare product mock-up samples, which may include product shots, for any regulatory applications and Sales and Brand Marketing requisitions.
7. Having an effective coordination with Sales and Marketing and other requiring functions, process default and/or customized label artwork requisitions for any new and existing client client, new market destination, and/or new product item for an existing client.
8. Supportive of operational objectives and motivated to have an efficient operational processes, create and establish label layout references ensuring compliance in time of any processing of the Logistics Outbound Finished Goods and/or Production.
9. Equipped with knowledge on different Quality Tools and understanding of performance measures and methods of analysis, perform output and performance data through any established monitoring format. Coordinate to Label Development & Regulatory Compliance team member if necessary. On the requirements of the established Food Safety Management System and Section's established label compliance standards and procedures, implement monitoring and verification activities for any established label layout references, guides and procedure implementations. Use the acquired verification results as inputs in the review and updating of the label compliance standards, procedure and/or processes.
10. With exceptional background in performing root cause analysis using different approaches and models and strongly motivated to determine the root cause of any identified label noncompliance, objectively review and investigate process implementation for any identified quality and food safety deviation.
11. Driven to achieve quality and food safety objectives, participate to any food safety teams and technical discussions and provide inputs for label compliance standards, specifications and/or procedures and implementations.
12. Embodying ownership and responsibility on the designated function and processes, participate in any internal or external system audit related to label compliance standards, specifications and/or procedures and implementations.

Minimum Qualifications:

Degree in Office Management, Marketing or any four-year Bachelor of Science courses.
