  1. Formulate, develop, and implement plans, programs and work system for the effective and efficient operation of the department.

  2. Ensures the maximization of manpower and equipment utilization through proper scheduling; ascertains the availability of parts, supplies, materials and prefabricated parts and sees to it that the required stock level of such is being maintained in close coordination with the concerned departments.

  3. Design, updates and improve warehousing system, standards, and procedure to ensure convenience in stocking and retrieving of materials, supplies and finished goods.

  4. Monitors all movement of materials, supplies and finished goods to and from the warehouse, ensuring that established procedures are properly followed.

  5. Maintains Masterfile of and conducts actual physical inventory of all fixed assets.

  6. Ensures that all delivered materials, supplies, prefabricated cabinets, structures, parts and other components have been duly inspected by the Quality Control Inspector as to specification.

  7. Establishes and sets up the economic order quantities and reorder levels for all inventory items.

  8. Schedules actual physical counts of all inventory items; determine variances between actual count and recorded balances; verifies causes of variances and recommends to superior as to disposition of said variances.

  9. Prepares and submits list of actual parts usage, non-moving and expired items, indicating shelf life, to department concerned for proper disposition.

  10. Communicates to immediate superior any problem encountered in the execution of duty and suggests possible solution that may be thought of.

  11. Observes Company policies, safety rules, proper work ethics and behavior at all times.

  12. Practices good housekeeping procedures daily on tools, equipment and work area.

  13. Performs other duties as maybe assigned from time to time.

  14. Make sure that the new system (ACUMATICA)/ automation is properly implemented and observed.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php20, Php30,000.00 per month
