The Account Executive is responsible for developing and maintaining strong client relationships.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow assigned client accounts by providing excellent customer service and proactive account support.
  • Identify new business opportunities and generate leads within target markets.
  • Present and promote the company's paper packaging products and services, including customized packaging solutions.
  • Conduct regular client visits and meetings; must be able to drive to client locations as needed.
  • Monitor customer orders, address concerns, and resolve issues promptly to maintain client satisfaction.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • With or without experience. Open for fresh graduates who are willing to be trained.
  • Must know how to drive and possess a valid driver's license.
  • Proficient in MS Office.
  • Willingness to travel for client meetings as required.
  • Standard work schedule from Monday to Friday
