A Customer Service Representative Sales role involves primarily managing customer inquiries while actively seeking sales opportunities by identifying customer needs, recommending suitable products or services, and converting leads into sales, all while ensuring customer satisfaction through excellent communication and problem-solving skills; this position often works in a call center environment and may be incentivized by commission based on sales achievements. Key Responsibilities:
- Customer Service:
- Answer incoming calls and emails from customers regarding product information, orders, billing, and general inquiries.
- Address customer concerns and complaints promptly and professionally, finding solutions to resolve issues.
- Provide detailed product information and explain features and benefits to customers.
- Manage customer accounts and update relevant information in CRM systems.
- Sales Generation:
- Actively identify potential sales opportunities by engaging customers in conversations and understanding their needs.
- Cross-sell and upsell products or services based on customer requirements.
- Generate leads through outbound calls and email campaigns.
- Qualify leads and schedule appointments for sales team members when necessary.
- Negotiate pricing and close sales deals.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: Php18, Php25,000.00 per month
