Job Summary:

The Product Officer will play a key role in overseeing product development, market research, and compliance processes. This role involves leading cross-functional coordination, ensuring accurate documentation, and driving product initiatives to support the company's strategic objectives. The Product Supervisor will also manage a small team and ensure compliance with PAGCOR requirements, suppliers, and site operations.

Main Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and guide the team in conducting market research to identify industry trends, customer preferences, and competitive activities.
  • Oversee the product development process and ensure smooth coordination with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Compliance, Suppliers, and Sites).
  • Ensure timely and accurate preparation, filing, and submission of GS forms for sites, suppliers, and new game products to PAGCOR.
  • Review and validate all GS forms and documentation before final submission to regulatory bodies.
  • Monitor product inventory, including the status of defective terminals/machines, and ensure issues are resolved promptly.
  • Lead collaboration with the Marketing team on promotional materials and product launch campaigns.
  • Evaluate and consolidate customer feedback, providing insights and recommendations to the Product Manager and Development Team.
  • Maintain and oversee product documentation, including specifications, manuals, and release notes, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Act as the main point of contact for suppliers, sites, and the Compliance Department regarding GS forms and other product-related concerns.
  • Provide guidance and performance feedback to team members, fostering professional growth and productivity.
  • Perform other supervisory duties as assigned by the Product Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in product management, compliance, or related supervisory roles.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent communication, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with project management tools.
  • Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • High attention to detail with a strong commitment to compliance and quality.
  • Knowledge of PAGCOR requirements is an advantage.
