Job Summary :

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Certified Public Accountant (CPA) to join our finance team as a Senior Accountant. The ideal candidate will have robust experience in the construction industry and will be responsible for full-cycle accounting, comprehensive tax planning, and ensuring the integrity and consistency of our financial data. This is a critical role that offers significant opportunities for professional growth.

Key Responsibilities :

Financial Reporting: Manage the full process of preparing and reviewing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with PFRS.

Tax Management: Lead and manage all aspects of tax compliance, including strategic planning, preparation, and timely filing of returns (VAT, Withholding Taxes, Income Tax, etc.), with a special focus on regulations pertaining to the construction industry.

General Ledger & Vouchers: Handle the recording, maintenance, and reconciliation of all accounting vouchers and general ledger accounts, ensuring accuracy and completeness.

Data Integrity & Compliance: Ensure the absolute consistency, accuracy, and compliance of data across accounting records, financial statements, and tax filings.

Process Improvement: Assist in developing and implementing standardized accounting templates, procedures, and internal controls to improve efficiency and mitigate risks.

Liaise with external auditors, tax consultants, and government agencies as required.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy is required.

Must be a licensed Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the Philippines.

At least 3-5 years of progressive accounting experience, with a significant focus on the construction industry.

In-depth knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and the National Internal Revenue Code (NIRC), particularly tax regulations relevant to construction projects.

Proven hands-on experience in full-cycle accounting, financial statement preparation, and BIR filings.

Strong analytical skills with a proactive and problem-solving mindset. A fast learner with a strong desire for professional growth.

Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, or similar) and advanced skills in MS Excel.

Excellent communication skills and the ability to work effectively under pressure to meet tight deadlines.
