Settlement

Responsible for reviewing, analyzing, managing billing process to ensure accuracy, compliance and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

1. Billing Operations, Review, and Analysis

  • Handle billing processes for clients and vendors.
  • Review supporting documents and billing statements to confirm correctness and adherence to internal policies and external regulations.

2. Discrepancy Identification and Resolution

  • Detect and investigate billing discrepancies, errors, or irregularities.
  • Coordinate with related departments to promptly address and correct any issues.

3. Process Optimization

  • Assess existing billing workflows to identify areas for improvement.
  • Recommend and implement solutions to enhance accuracy, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.

4. Coordination and Communication

  • Act as a liaison between customers, internal departments, and stakeholders.
  • Provide clear and timely updates regarding billing inquiries, disputes, and other related matters.

  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to diagnose and resolve billing concerns effectively.

Attention to Detail

  • Exceptional accuracy and thoroughness in managing billing records and processes.

Communication & Interpersonal Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills for collaborating across teams and with clients.

Technical Proficiency

  • Solid working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and related billing tools.

Experience

  • Minimum of 6 months to 1 year of experience in billing, accounting, or finance.

  • Experience in the logistics industry is an advantage.
