Role Overview

The Management Officer will play a key role in overseeing the company's daily operations, coordinating between departments, and ensuring that workflows run efficiently across multiple projects. The role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage remote communication across teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate daily operational workflows.

  • Maintain and update internal reporting systems (Google Workspace, Trello, and other tools).

  • Prepare and review monthly KPI and performance reports for senior management.

  • Coordinate with vendors, partners, and internal stakeholders.

  • Support the President in operational planning and execution of projects.

  • Ensure compliance with company procedures and reporting standards.

  • Participate in daily online meetings with leadership for progress reviews.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Management, Business Administration, or related field.

  • At least 1 year of experience in business operations, project coordination, or related roles.

  • Strong communication skills and ability to work in multicultural, remote environments.

  • Proficiency in Google Workspace, Trello/Asana, and basic reporting tools.

  • High level of organizational and problem-solving ability.

Compensation

  • Salary: €3,000 per month (paid in euros, via bank transfer).

  • Social security: Employee will be enrolled with the Philippine Social Security System (SSS), with monthly contributions paid by the company.

  • Flexible remote work arrangement, location-independent.
