Education: Graduation in Any Discipline

Experience: Minimum 5 years of proven experience in managing PPC and LinkedIn paid campaigns with a recruiting agency or a BPO company serving UK and/or USA clients

Major Requirements: Fluent in English Speaking

Office Timings: 9 AM to 5 PM (UK Time Zone)

Office Days: Monday to Friday

We are currently seeking talented individuals for the positions of "PPC & LinkedIn Paid Marketing Specialist" to join our team. Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, execute, and optimize PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Bing, and other relevant platforms.
  • Develop, manage, and scale LinkedIn paid marketing campaigns to generate qualified leads and enhance brand visibility.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and prepare detailed performance reports.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience targeting to maximize ROI.
  • Collaborate with the business development team to align campaigns with recruitment and client acquisition goals.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends, platform updates, and emerging paid marketing strategies.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience in managing PPC and LinkedIn paid campaigns.
  • Prior experience working with a recruiting agency or a BPO company serving UK and/or USA clients.
  • Strong expertise in audience targeting, lead generation, and performance optimization.
  • Hands-on experience with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and reporting skills.
  • Ability to work independently and deliver results in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Certification in Google Ads and LinkedIn Marketing.
  • Experience in multi-channel campaigns (Facebook/Instagram Ads, Display, Retargeting).
