Executive Assistant

What you'll be doing
- Manage executive calendars and schedules, including arranging meetings, travel and appointments
- Prepare and proofread correspondence, presentations, reports and other documents on behalf of executives
- Handle a wide range of administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, ordering supplies and coordinating events
- Act as the first point of contact for executives, screening and responding to calls, emails and visitors
- Provide general administrative support to the leadership team as needed
What we're looking for
- Minimum 5 years of experience in an executive assistant or senior administrative role
- Excellent organisational, prioritisation and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to interact confidently with all levels of the organisation
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite and comfortable using technology to streamline processes
- Proactive and discreet, with the ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost confidentiality
- A flexible, collaborative approach and the willingness to go the extra mile
