Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for the execution of budgets, forecasts, and other financial analyses to support strategic decision-making
  • Contributes in creating monthly operating and financial review to provide insight into overall status of the business.
  • Provides weekly cash forecast and funding requirements.
  • Participates in the creation of company budget.
  • Develops long-range plans as required.
  • Conducts industry research and provide business intelligence analysis.
  • Works closely with the CFO in providing financial leadership to the company.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of numerical business courses (Accountancy, Finance, Business Economics, etc.)
  • CPA or CFA designation is highly preferred
  • At least 3 years financial analysis experience gained from financial services, investment banking firms, or its equivalent; similar experience gained from an airline company, a plus
  • Possesses relevant expertise in financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, valuation and financial modeling techniques
  • Strong knowledge of current accounting standards and BIR regulations
  • High level of interpersonal skills
  • Excellent command in MS Excel and PowerPoint. Experience in using ERPs is an advantage
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
