Project Engineer / Design Architect (Residential + Commercial projects) – Cebu City – Must be licensed Engineer/Architect (or ≥ 2 yrs diversified experience under supervision)

Overview:

We're hiring ASAP to add a fast-pace professional on-site in Cebu for overlapping residential and light-commercial builds. Ideal candidate can co-manage site-exec, respond to feedback within 24 hr, and hit design milestones quickly with tools like SketchUp, AutoCAD.

Key Responsibilities:

  • On-site coordination: designers, MEP, QA/QC, contractor, surveyor, permit bodies
  • Prepare issued-for-construction (IFC) drawings: floor plans, sections, elevation, landscape rejection runs
  • Manage iterative design changes (sketch or PDF feedback to mark-up deliverables within 24 hours)
  • Keep daily progress log, report issues proactively

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php18, Php22,000.00 per month
