QROI NETWORK SERVICES a leading telecom engineering services company in the Philippines is looking for experienced telecom professionals to be part of its countrywide expansion.

We are currently working on multiple telco projects across the Philippines (Luzon, Visayas, Mindanao) and are actively recruiting for key positions within our upcoming tower and DC power operation and maintenance projects nationwide.

Your Key Results Area (KRA)

· Lead and direct the design and implementation of various O&M Process through the O&M Team across the following functional verticals - Maintenance, Energy Management, Process & Automation, NOC, and Quality & Internal Audit in a manner consistent with the best Telecom practices for O&M function

· Drive and Lead the Strategy for O&M at company/client/project level

· Delivery of high level of service to enhance Customer Experience

· Devise strategies to reduce OPEX and display high focus in building best practices to reduce O&M costs while ensuring high level of SLA compliance

Job Description:

· Overall, in charge of FLM operation of all Project Regions

· Responsible for SLA & KPI adherence with interface departments and customer

· In charge of FLM subcontractor/teams Competence Development and growth

· Ensure that FLM Comply to processes, procedure to provide world class power availability

· Responsible for all Planned Work activities related to FLM

· Interface to the customer and handle customer complaint of field maintenance work

· Coordinate with NOC for efficient implementation of service request and complaint handling

· Maintain effective technical support staff for Tower Structures, DC Power and Generators

· Manage all the activities with allocated resources (man & machine) with the best utilization

· Spare parts management

· Consume management

· Project Management and control

· Field maintenance delivery quality surveillance and control

· Maintenance quality improvement

Our Requirements:

· 10+ years Management experience gained from tower/telecom operations and industry

· Bachelor's degree on engineering or management, master's degree a plus

· Experience with service providers and equipment vendors in O&M, product lifecycle management, technical analysis

· Prior experience of project implementation and handling of O&M process

  • Must have your own laptop

· Excellent strategic thinker

· Techno commercial analytical abilities

· Pro-active, well organized and can think out of the box

· Can work under pressure and can work independently/Willing to relocate in Laguna at own expense

· Advanced data analytics skills a definitive plus
