DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

1.Reporting and Compliance

  • Coordinate with auditors and regulatory agencies regarding bank and investor accounts.
  • Prepare regular reports on bank transactions, loan schedules, and investor payables.

2*. Bank and Investor Relationship Management *

  • Serve as the primary point of contact with banks, financial institutions and investors.
  • Monitor bank performance and ensure smooth execution of transactions.
  • Negotiate bank fees, loan terms, and interest rates to ensure favorable arrangements.

3. Cash and Liquidity Management

  • Monitor daily cash balances and ensure sufficient liquidity for operations.
  • Manage fund transfers, deposits, withdrawals, and loan drawdowns.
  • Prepare cash flow forecasts and recommend strategies to optimize cash usage.

Qualifications:

  • Professional certification (CPA, CFA, or similar) preferred but not required.
  • At least 1-3 years of relevant work experience in banking, treasury, or finance.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • Proficient in data-driven decision-making and meticulous process management.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and financial management systems.
