SPECIFIC DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Conduct monthly compliance audits of the feed mill, covering the following areas:
a. Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and Housekeeping;
b. Equipment sanitation, maintenance, and calibration;
c. Pest control and waste management;
d. Raw material handling, storage, and traceability;
e. Finished product quality and labeling;
f. Safety, health, and environmental compliance;
g. Prepare and submit audit reports detailing findings, observations, and recommended corrective actions
2. Monitor and verify corrective actions (CA) and ensure timely closure.
3. Support compliance with DA–BAI, DOLE, DENR, and other regulatory standards.
4. Maintain updated compliance records and audit documentation.
5. Participate in internal and external audits, assisting with preparation and documentation.
6. Conduct compliance awareness and refresher training for feed mill personnel.
7. Report compliance issues and emerging risks to the Compliance Manager.
QUALIFICATIONS
Education: Must be a graduate of Business or Science related courses.
Experience: Experience in compliance, QA/QC, internal audit in feed mill or manufacturing environment, knowledge of industry standards (GMP, HACCP, ISO) and related regulations is an advantage.
Characteristics and Skills: Strong observation, reporting, and analytical skills.
