REGULATORY OFFICER

Start Date: January 2026

  • Graduate of Pharmacy, Chemistry, or related science course
  • Preferably with experience in manufacturing and FDA submissions
  • Knowledge of BPR, CPN, Safety Data, and regulatory compliance
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to coordinate with multiple departments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and submit FDA requirements for product notifications and licenses
  • Coordinate with R&D, QC, and Sales for technical files and documentation
  • Review artworks and ensure label compliance with FDA guidelines
  • Monitor regulatory updates and ensure full compliance for all products
  • Manage documentation for audits, renewals, and certifications
