Primary Responsibilities:

  • Assist in planning, executing, and evaluating mall events and seasonal campaigns to drive foot traffic and mall sales.
  • Implement system-wide marketing requirements, including promotions, advertising, and digital campaigns.
  • Manage and maintain relationships with tenants, sponsors, and business partners to support marketing initiatives and secure sponsorships.
  • Monitor campaign performance and conduct analysis, reporting key metrics, insights, and competitive intelligence.
  • Handle documentation and ensure compliance for all marketing activities in coordination with internal and external stakeholders.

Job Specification – Qualifications & Skills

Education:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Mass Communication, Business Administration, Communication Arts, or equivalent.

Experience:

  • Minimum 1–3 years of relevant experience in marketing operations, events management, advertising, or promotions. Specific requirements vary by mall location (e.g., SM City Rosales asks for 3–5 years).
  • Experience in managing mall events and executing promotional campaigns.

Skills & Competencies:

  • Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation capabilities.
  • Confident communication, both oral and written.
  • Computer literacy (Microsoft Office; experience with digital tools is an advantage).
  • Ability to coordinate with multiple stakeholders (tenants, corporate partners, internal teams).

Additional Requirements:

  • Show strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Willingness to be assigned and operate in the specific mall location.
