About the role

Glades International Corporation is seeking an experienced Logistics Coordinator to join our dynamic team in Biñan Binan City Laguna. As a full-time Logistics Coordinator, you will play a crucial role in managing and optimizing our supply chain operations, ensuring the efficient movement and storage of goods across our extensive distribution network.

What you'll be doing

  • Coordinate the planning, scheduling, and execution of transportation and logistics activities
  • Monitor and analyze inventory levels, identify opportunities for improvement, and implement strategies to optimize storage and distribution
  • Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of goods
  • Maintain and update logistics databases, reports, and documentation to track performance and identify areas for process improvements
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address logistics-related challenges and implement solutions
  • Assist in the development and implementation of logistics policies, procedures, and best practices
  • Provide guidance and support to more junior members of the logistics team

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or any related field
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a logistics or supply chain role, preferably within the manufacturing, transport, or distribution industry
  • Strong understanding of logistics processes, including transportation, warehousing, inventory management, and distribution
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting, with the ability to use logistics management software and tools
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across teams
  • Problem-solving skills and the ability to make data-driven decisions
  • Familiarity with relevant industry regulations and compliance requirements
