Salary: 20,000 - 25,000 Required Experience: >Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field >2 years of experience in purchasing/logistics >Good knowledge of procurement and supply chain processes >Skilled in using ERP systems (e.g., SAP, Oracle) >Strong communication, negotiation, and organizational skills >Familiar with shipping, import/export, and logistics documentation === Job Description: >     Coordinating transportation providers to ensure prompt and proper movement of shipments >     Responding to customer inquiries and referring clients to the proper channels >     Reviewing purchase orders and shipping documents to ensure accuracy >     Making special shipping arrangements as necessary >     Tracking and fixing shipping errors >     Preparing bills and invoices >     Managing distribution and shipment budgets >     Ensuring that the quality of all services provided meets the required standards >     Prepare accurate reports for upper management >    Developing processes that make the supply chain more efficient and organized >     Updating Sales & expenses per client >     Hands-on monitoring & inventory of Labor materials (IEC-KPC) >     Coordinate with the suppliers and set a schedule of deliveries >     Prepare Purchase order, Sales invoice, Delivery receipts >     Tracking and monitoring of labor material expenses >     Overseeing all supplies and shipments operations >     Negotiating and agreeing on logistics/suppliers’ contracts >     Checking purchase orders against stock levels >     Overall monitoring & inventory of labor materials >     Managing distribution and shipment (import & export) end-to-end process >     Maintains quality throughout the logistic processes >      Preparing delivery schedules >     Other work may be assigned from time to time as needed
