What is the job?

The Telemarketer is responsible for scheduling meetings for the company's co-founders. The role involves reaching out to pre-identified leads, presenting the company's value proposition, and booking qualified appointments.

Responsibility:


• Make outbound cold calls to prospects using provided contact lists.

• Qualify leads and effectively communicate our business offering.

• Set up meetings and calendar invites for senior leadership.

• Track outreach activity, responses, and call outcomes in CRM or spreadsheets.

• Refine call scripts and share feedback with the sales team.

• Handle rejection professionally and maintain consistent follow-up.

Qualifications:


• Minimum of two (2) to three (3) years experience in cold calling, appointment setting, or inside sales.

• Must have experience in B2B calling OR appointment setting.


• Capable of handling a high call volume with discipline and resilience

• Well-organized with excellent attention to detail and follow-through

• Tech-savvy, with experience using calling tools, VOIP, or CRMs

• Reliable, punctual, and equipped with strong internet connectivity
