Working Hours: 40 hours per week (Mon - Fri) Flexible UK hours (with 5 hour overlap)
Salary Range: $1000 - $1300 USD per month (The final offer is at the client's discretion and depends on the candidate's interview result, skills, and experience.)

Key Responsibilities:
Take over admin workflows, and form submissionsSynthesizing and problem-solving to fill in gaps in the company's CRM, by going through files and documents to compile missing information.Adapt to evolving tasks as the company automates certain processesContribute ideas to improve processes or automate repetitive workRemove low-level admin burden from senior team membersStabilize operations while the company continues to scale and hires senior UK-based talent separatelyAd-hoc dutiesQualifications:
2-3 years experience in a relevant administrative / operation roleFamiliarity with Google Workspace tools like Google ChatProficient in HubSpotExperience with the Google Suite and Microsoft OfficeAble to synthesize information, problem-solve, and fill in gaps in data / documentationDemonstrate total reliability by meeting every deadline and taking full ownership of your work.Willingness to learn, adapt to change, and take initiative to improve processesMaintain sharp attention to detail to ensure all tasks are accurate and error-free.Communicate with clarity and professionalism, making complex information easy for others to understand.Solve problems independently by using your "figure-it-out" factor to find solutions without constant direction.Exhibit a growth mindset by mastering core tasks quickly and taking on more advanced responsibilities over time.Preferred
Familiarity with home services, construction, or similar technical industriesExperience using tools like Loom to document processes and share information-
