Full-Time | Remote (Philippines-based candidates only)

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Admin Assistant to support our Australian client. This role requires strong communication skills, professionalism, and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.


Position: Admin Assistant
Core Responsibilities:
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from clients (enquiries, referrals, follow-ups, etc.)
  • Complete and submit various forms and documentation accurately
  • Assist the team with general administration tasks as needed
  • Provide timely updates and maintain organised records across tools and platforms
  • Collaborate with the client and internal team to ensure smooth operations

(BPO experience is a plus.)


Minimum Skills & Experience Required:
  • Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in admin work
  • Experience in Sales and Customer Relations is an advantage
  • Experience in Public Relations (preferred but not required)
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets, Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Google Calendar
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
