Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, Hospitality, or related field (preferred).
  • At least 2–3 years of experience in retail, F&B, or franchise operations (supervisory level).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and people management skills.
  • Ability to analyze sales and operational data and provide actionable insights.
  • Willingness to travel frequently across different store locations.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for reporting.
Key responsibility
  • Conduct regular store visits to monitor compliance with brand standards (service, product quality, cleanliness, safety).
  • Support franchisees in achieving sales and profitability targets.
  • Provide coaching and training to store staff to improve efficiency and service quality.
  • Ensure all marketing campaigns, promotions, and new product launches are properly implemented at the store level.
  • Monitor store inventory, ordering, and cost control to minimize waste and shortages.
  • Prepare and submit operational reports to management regarding store performance.
  • Handle and resolve store issues such as customer complaints, staff conflicts, or operational breakdowns.
  • Assist in new store openings, including training and operational setup.
  • Recommend improvements and corrective actions to enhance overall store performance.
