Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Property Associate – Sales to support our sales team in sourcing clients and assisting with real estate transactions. This is a non-regular (inorganic) role suited for individuals with prior real estate experience who are looking for flexible, performance-based work. You'll assist in generating leads, managing client coordination, and supporting on-site or virtual sales activities as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist Sales Officer in sourcing and qualifying leads.
  • Promote listings through social media (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, etc.) and personal networks.
  • Coordinate property viewings and attend site visits when required.
  • Handle initial client inquiries and provide property information.
  • Help prepare property materials (photos, descriptions, online posts).
  • Maintain communication with interested clients and assist during the sales process.
  • Report sales activities and client updates to the Sales Officer.

Qualifications:

  • At least 6 months of real estate sales or brokerage experience.
  • Familiarity with local property market and project sites.
  • Confident in using social media for property promotion.
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
  • Organized, self-driven, and goal-oriented.
  • Willing to report to the office or project sites only as needed.
  • Preferably with own device and internet access.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Php15,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 4 – 20 per week
