About the Role

We are seeking for a Store Team Leder, you will guiding a dynamic team, driving sales, and creating a welcoming environment for every car enthusiast who walks through our doors. This role blends leadership, product know how, and hands on retail experience in a fast paced, setting.


Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Development

·       Supervise, train, and motivate store staff to meet sales targets and service standards

·       Schedule shifts, delegate tasks, and manage daily workflow

·       Conduct regular team huddles and performance reviews

Customer Experience

·       Ensure every customer receives knowledgeable, friendly, and solution-oriented service

·       Resolve complaints and handle escalations with professionalism and empathy

·       Promote upselling and cross-selling of car accessories and services

Store Operations

·       Oversee inventory management, stock replenishment, and visual merchandising

·       Maintain cleanliness, safety, and organization of the store

·       Monitor cash handling, POS systems, and daily sales reporting

Sales & Product Knowledge

·       Stay updated on the latest car accessories, trends, and technical specs

·       Train staff on product features and compatibility

·       Analyze sales data to identify opportunities and improve performance


Qualifications

·       Graduate of any course

·       At least 3Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this positon.

·       With Supervisory/3 Yrs &Up Experience in Handling Retail Store. (Required)

·       Knowledgeable in marketng, sales strategy.

·       Understanding of store operations

·       Experience in handling retail store (Required)

·       Know how to process permits of the store (Constructon,Mall& Govt.Requirements)

·       Can Audit the store monthly,quarterly and year-end inventory

·       Ensures the achievement of agreed sales targets
