JOB DESCRIPTION
- Performing essential duties such as accurate reports and writing documents.
- Responsible for managing and organizing Office documents.
- Responsible for maintaining orders of office supplies, and double checks office orders
- Knows how to manage database entry of client files.
- Knows how to answers enquiries via phone and emails.
- Maintain confidential information, file and store them accordingly.
- Assisting other company employees with project work.
- Knowledgeable in using Computer and Excel
- Knowledgeable of doing payroll sheets
- Must have at least 1-2 years related experience.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Php14, Php16,000.00 per month
Education:
- Bachelor's (Preferred)
